Sunny room for rent (360 Euro) bills included, in Kurtuluş

I'm Yasemin, 31 , architect. I speak english and german.

Live in an apartment 2+1 , in 3rd floor but 5th floor from one side. Its sunny and shinny in any time of the day. Has a french balcony in teh living room, where two or even three people can sit and chat. Entrance is quite big so its almost like the second living room.

Washing machine, dischwascher, fridge, owen, coffee machine, kitchen equipment, furniture, everything is in common use.

The room i rent is almost 15 sqm. It has a nice city view but no voice at all. Has a huge gardrobe. carpet and curtains. İf we deal ill buy a bed and a study table for your room and make it stay ready in a few days only. U can also take the armchair in the entrance into your room.

Bathroom is big and nice.Heating is gas (kombi). The house is big enough, and has lovely and positive energy :)

Neighbourhoud is nice and modern. House is 5 min. to Osmanbey metro station. And by walk 20 min to Taksim, 15 min by walk to Nişantaşı and Maçka Park.
